Abnormal temperature and humidity in the constant temperature and humidity chamber
Constant temperature and humidity incubators are capable of conducting tests such as high temperature, low temperature, and humid heat. If various temperature and humidity faults occur during the testing process, the following methods can be used to handle them:
1. The low temperature of the constant temperature and humidity incubator does not meet the set indicators in the experiment
It is necessary to observe whether there is a change in temperature, whether the temperature drops slowly or if there is a trend of temperature recovery after reaching the temperature value.
The former needs to check the reason, whether the workshop has been dried before conducting the low-temperature test, and then place the test sample in the workshop for testing after keeping it dry. Then check if there are too many test samples placed in the studio, causing the air inside the studio to not circulate. After ruling out the above reasons, consider whether the refrigeration system of the incubator has malfunctioned. If so, ask the supplier's repair personnel for maintenance.
The latter phenomenon is caused by the constant temperature and humidity incubator being placed in a poor environment. The temperature and location of the constant humidity incubator (the distance between the back of the box and the wall) must meet the requirements (as specified in the operating instructions of the equipment).
2. The high temperature of the constant temperature and humidity incubator does not meet the set indicators in the experiment
If the temperature change of the incubator does not reach the required temperature value for the experiment, the heating electrical system of the incubator can be checked and the faults can be eliminated one by one. If the temperature of the constant temperature and humidity incubator rises slowly, it is necessary to check the air circulation system to see if the regulating baffle of the air circulation is open normally. Otherwise, check if the motor of the air circulation is running normally. If the temperature overshoot is severe, it is necessary to adjust the PID setting parameters. If the temperature rises directly and is protected against overheating, then the incubator controller has malfunctioned and the control instrument needs to be replaced.
