vacuum brazing furnaceIt is a high equipment for brazing processing in a vacuum environment, widely used in the connection and repair of metal materials, especially in industries that require high welding quality, such as aerospace, automotive manufacturing, electronic equipment, and other fields. Using low-temperature and high-temperature heating in a vacuum environment to bring metal materials to their melting point and achieve welding. It not only effectively protects the surface of materials, but also ensures welding quality and stability, making it an important equipment in modern metal processing.
The working principle of a vacuum brazing furnace mainly depends on its vacuum system and heating system. The vacuum system works in coordination with pump groups (including mechanical pumps, maintenance pumps, Roots pumps, diffusion pumps, etc.) and control valves (such as front-end valves, bypass valves, maintenance pump valves, high valves, etc.) to pump the furnace to the required vacuum level. The heating system utilizes high-precision temperature control instruments and partitioned heaters to achieve precise control and uniform distribution of temperature inside the furnace. Under the combined action of vacuum and heating, metal materials reach their melting point and undergo welding.
vacuum brazing furnacePreparation before operation:
1. Personal protection:
Wear heat-resistant gloves, protective goggles, dust masks, work clothes, and safety shoes.
2. Equipment inspection:
Power supply: Confirm that the voltage of the main power supply and control power supply is normal.
Cooling system: Check whether the cooling water pressure (usually 0.2~0.4 MPa), flow rate, and temperature are normal, and whether there is no water leakage in the pipeline.
Vacuum system: Check if the oil level and color of the mechanical pump are normal; Confirm that the cooling water of the diffusion pump is unobstructed (if using a diffusion pump).
Gas system (if any): Check if the pressure of the protective gas (such as high-purity nitrogen, argon) is sufficient and if there are no leaks in the pipeline.
Instrument and alarm: Confirm that the temperature controller, vacuum gauge, recorder, etc. are displaying normally, and reset the emergency stop button.
3. Preparation of workpieces and fixtures:
Workpiece cleaning: Thoroughly remove oil stains, oxides, dust and other pollutants from the surface of the workpiece (common methods: ultrasonic cleaning, chemical cleaning, sandblasting, etc.).
Assembly of solder: According to the process requirements, place the solder (foil, paste, wire, etc.) correctly at the joint.
Furnace loading fixture: Use graphite or stainless steel fixtures to fix the workpiece, ensuring that it does not deform or come into contact with the furnace wall during the heating process, and facilitating even distribution of gas and heat. The tooling also needs to be clean and dry.
