Light oscillation incubator is a laboratory equipment used for biological cultivation
Date: 2025-08-19Read: 0
The light oscillation incubator is a laboratory equipment that integrates light, temperature control, and oscillation cultivation functions. It is mainly used for the cultivation and research of microorganisms, cells, algae, plant tissues, etc. It is widely used in fields such as biotechnology, microbiology, botany, and environmental science. Its core feature is the ability to simulate natural lighting, temperature, and oscillation conditions, providing a stable and controllable growth environment for the culture. Combining lighting systems, oscillation functions, and temperature control, it is widely used in fields such as plant germination, microbial culture, cell culture, and biochemical reactions.
Temperature control system: adopting PID intelligent algorithm, combined with heating/cooling module, to achieve rapid response and stable control of temperature. For example, a full temperature oscillation incubator can raise the temperature from room temperature to 60 ℃ within 10 minutes.
Vibration cultivation function
Vibration mode: commonly known as rotary (horizontal circular motion) or reciprocating (horizontal linear motion) oscillation, some models can switch oscillation modes.
Oscillatory parameters: The oscillation frequency can be adjusted (usually 30-300 rpm), and the amplitude can be selected (such as 20mm, 50mm) to meet different cultivation needs (such as cell suspension in liquid culture medium, sufficient contact between oxygen and nutrients).
Vibration stability: Adopting precision motors and balanced design to ensure smooth oscillation process and avoid sample splashing or culture bottle detachment.
Main structural components
Box body: made of thermal insulation materials (such as polyurethane foam) to reduce heat exchange inside and outside the box and ensure temperature stability; The inner wall is mostly made of stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
Lighting system: located at the top or both sides of the box, equipped with adjustable brightness and wavelength light sources. Some models come with lighting intensity sensors to monitor and provide real-time feedback on lighting parameters.
Temperature control system: including temperature sensors, heating/cooling devices, microprocessor control system, which achieves accurate temperature control through PID (proportional integral derivative) algorithm and has over temperature alarm function.
Oscillatory platform: A tray for placing culture containers (such as triangular flasks, culture dishes, test tubes), which can adjust fixtures or replace trays of different specifications (such as microplate trays, flask holders) according to the size of the container.
Control system: Touch screen or button operation panel, which can set parameters such as lighting, temperature, oscillation frequency, running time, etc., and support program storage (such as saving multiple sets of cultivation plans and one click calling).
Safety devices: over temperature protection, leakage protection, oscillation overload protection, door opening alarm (pause oscillation or adjust temperature when opening the door), etc., to ensure experimental safety.
