The cabinet type multi parameter analyzer is designed with a floor standing approach as its core, with high integration and scene adaptability. It can integrate different monitoring parameters according to needs, meeting the water quality monitoring needs of multiple industries. The specific classification and characteristics are as follows:
Traditional conventional parameter typeAs a basic cabinet style multi parameter instrument, it can integrate commonly used parameters of water plants, including residual chlorine, turbidity PH、 Conductivity, temperature, and can also expand dissolved oxygen, supporting flexible configuration of three, four, five, and six parameters. The more parameter integrations there are, the higher the cost-effectiveness, which can cover the routine monitoring needs of water plants from raw water to effluent, providing data support for basic water quality control.
TOC and COD integrated typeOn the basis of conventional parameters, additional integration of TOC (total organic carbon) and gate COD (chemical oxygen demand) is adopted, using an integrated small equipment design. Mainly used in the effluent and raw water ends of water plants (such as groundwater, river water, and reservoir water), it can monitor the organic pollution of water bodies. The TOC range is 0-100 milligrams, and two different specifications of TOC meters (including a small model for measuring ultrapure water and a combustion method TOC) were not displayed in this exhibition, forming a multi specification TOC monitoring system.
Ultra pure water special typeSpecially designed for the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries, focusing on ultra pure water TOC monitoring, with strict requirements for the measurement medium - water conductivity must be below 2 μ S (maximum not exceeding 6 μ S), and the higher the water purity, the more conducive it is to accurate measurement. In addition, there is a combustion method TOC instrument, which has more internal components, slightly larger equipment volume, and needs to be used with nitrogen cylinders, making it suitable for scenarios with higher requirements for organic matter monitoring accuracy.
The cabinet type multi parameter instrument integrates multi parameter monitoring functions through an integrated cabinet design, reducing equipment footprint and facilitating on-site installation and management. Different types are adapted to scenarios such as routine monitoring of water plants, organic matter monitoring of raw water, and high-precision monitoring of ultrapure water. They can provide targeted water quality monitoring solutions for different industries, helping enterprises efficiently control water quality and meet production and environmental compliance needs.
