Preparation before installation:
Transportation and Storage:
The pipes need to be lifted with non-metallic ropes to avoid throwing, rolling, and dragging. The stacking height should not exceed 1.5m, and the sockets should be arranged alternately in parallel.
The storage environment should be ventilated and sun protected, away from oil stains and chemicals, and fire prevention measures must be in place.
Material inspection:
Check if the steel wire weaving layer is complete, if the silicone layer is not damaged, and if the blasting pressure meets the design value (2-4 times the normal working pressure).
Confirm that the sealing ring is made of food grade material and has a temperature resistance range that covers the usage environment.
Installation process:
Connection method selection:
For high-pressure scenarios, it is recommended to use multi-layer steel wire braided pipes with flange or socket rubber ring joints. Solvent bonding is strictly prohibited (manufacturer's guidance is required for DN>160mm).
The cutting surface should be leveled and chamfered at a 15 ° angle, with burrs removed to avoid damaging the weaving layer.
Fixed and protected:
The spacing between brackets is set at 1.5 times the diameter of the pipe, and rubber sleeves must be added to steel clamps to prevent direct metal contact.
When passing through walls, it is necessary to install sleeves that are level with the surface and filled with flame-retardant and dense materials; The floor sleeve should be 20mm above the ground and filled with waterproof grease.
