1Ozone resistance testing machinePre-operation preparation
1. Environmental inspection: Ensure that the equipment is placed in a ventilated, dry, and non corrosive gas environment, with no obstacles around and sufficient heat dissipation space reserved (at least 30cm).
2. Equipment inspection: Check whether the appearance of the equipment is intact, whether the power cord and air pipe connections are firm and undamaged; Check if the core components such as ozone generator, flow meter, and temperature control system are functioning properly; Confirm that the water level in the tank meets the requirements. If using purified or distilled water, it is necessary to fill it to the specified mark in advance.
3. Sample preparation: Cut the sample according to the test standards, ensure that the sample size and quantity meet the requirements, and that the surface is free of defects such as oil stains, damage, wrinkles, etc. Mark the sample number in advance for subsequent observation and recording.
4. Safety confirmation: Check whether the emergency stop button and protective door interlocking device are sensitive and effective; Operators are required to wear protective gloves, goggles, and other personal protective equipment to avoid direct contact with ozone.
2、 Startup and parameter settings
1. Power on: Connect the device to the main power supply, turn on the power switch, and the device enters standby mode; Start the temperature control system, ozone generator, circulating fan and other functional modules in sequence, and preheat the equipment for 10-15 minutes.
2. Core parameter settings:
Temperature setting: Enter the test temperature according to the test standard (such as room temperature of 23 ℃ or specific high temperature), observe the temperature control display of the equipment after setting, and confirm that the temperature is stable within the set value ± 1 ℃ range.
Ozone concentration setting: Set the desired ozone concentration (unit: pphm or ppm) through the touch screen or knob, adjust the power of the ozone generator and gas flow rate to ensure stable concentration compliance (can be monitored in real-time through the device's built-in detection module).
Test time setting: Enter the preset test duration (such as 24 hours, 48 hours, etc.), and the time unit can be switched according to requirements (hours/minutes).
Other parameters: Set auxiliary parameters such as gas circulation speed and sample holder speed (if equipped with rotation function) according to the experimental requirements.
3、 Sample placement and test operation
1. Placement of samples: Open the protective door of the equipment, evenly fix the prepared samples on the sample rack, ensure that there is no mutual contact between the samples, and do not block the sensors and airflow channels inside the equipment; If it is necessary to simulate the tensile state, a specified tensile load can be applied through a specimen clamp.
2. Start the test: Close the protective door, confirm that the door interlock device is locked, click the "Start Test" button, and the equipment will automatically enter the test operation state; During operation, real-time observation of parameters such as temperature, ozone concentration, and remaining time on the device display screen, and recording of initial data.
3. Operation monitoring: Regularly inspect the operation status of the equipment during the test period to check for ozone leaks (which can be detected with the assistance of an ozone detector), abnormal noise, or alarm prompts; If there is excessive parameter fluctuation or equipment failure, immediately press the emergency stop button to shut down and troubleshoot the problem.
4、 End of experiment and subsequent operations
1. Stop the test: After the test duration is over, the equipment automatically stops the operation of the ozone generator and enters the ventilation and purification stage; Do not immediately open the protective door at this time. Wait for the device to automatically discharge residual ozone inside (usually 5-10 minutes) or accelerate ozone dissipation through manual ventilation before opening the protective door.
2. Take out the sample: Wear protective gloves to take out the sample, immediately observe and record the appearance changes of the sample (such as cracking, discoloration, sticking, fracture, etc.), and conduct subsequent performance tests on the sample according to the test standards (such as tensile strength, elongation, etc.).
3. Equipment cleaning: Clean the internal sample rack and cavity of the equipment, remove residual debris and stains, and wipe the inner wall of the cavity with a clean soft cloth; Turn off the circulation fan, temperature control system and other functional modules, and disconnect the main power supply of the equipment.
5、 Precautions
1. Ozone resistance testing machineIt is strictly prohibited to open the protective door during operation to avoid ozone leakage and harm to human health; If you need to open the door urgently, you need to first press the emergency stop button and turn on the ventilation device.
2. The ozone concentration must be strictly set according to the test standards and cannot be arbitrarily increased to avoid damaging the equipment or affecting the test results.
3. Regularly replace the water in the water tank to avoid water quality deterioration and affect the normal operation of the equipment; When not in use for a long time, it is necessary to drain the accumulated water in the water tank.
If an alarm occurs during the experiment, it is necessary to first check the alarm prompt (such as abnormal temperature, excessive concentration, door not tightly closed, etc.), troubleshoot and solve the problem, and then restart the equipment.
