3. The sewage self-priming pump has not yet sucked up the water, so the end of the outlet pipeline has not discharged water. Some users understand this situation as the reason why the head of the sewage self-priming pump cannot be reached. Therefore, a ball valve and pressure gauge should be installed at the outlet of the sewage self-priming pump, and the pressure gauge should be installed between the pump outlet and the ball valve to facilitate observation of the outlet pressure and determine whether water has been sucked up.

4. The selection of the sewage self-priming pump is incorrect. The actual working condition head is too high, and the head of the sewage self-priming pump cannot meet the actual working condition requirements. The solution to this problem is to replace the high head sewage self-priming pump.

5Sewage self-priming pumpThe transported liquid contains impurities and particles. Due to blockage in the pipeline or pump body, the head of the sewage self-priming pump cannot be reached. It is recommended to use a self-priming sewage pump for transporting sewage.

6. The liquid being transported is highly corrosive, and the impeller of the sewage self-priming pump has suffered severe corrosion. Alternatively, after prolonged use, the impeller of the sewage self-priming pump may experience wear and tear. The large gap between the impeller and the pump cover is also a reason why the head of the sewage self-priming pump cannot be achieved. It is recommended to replace the impeller with a new one.
