Regular inspection and maintenance of self-priming sewage pumps are essential for a better experience!
Self suction sewage pumpThe principle is to use the momentum of water flow velocity, and the impeller drives the pump impeller to pump water onto the riverbank. This type of pump can pump water by throwing it into the river, but it must have a fast water flow or a drop in height.
Advantages of self-priming sewage pump products:
1. Strong sewage discharge capacity: The special impeller anti blocking design ensures that the pump is efficient and unobstructed.
2. Efficient and energy-saving: Adopting an optimal hydraulic model, the efficiency is 3-5% higher than that of a typical self-priming pump.
3. Good self-priming performance: The self-priming height is 1 meter higher than that of a typical self-priming pump, and the self-priming time is shorter.
Self suction sewage pumps should undergo regular inspection and maintenance:
1. Replace the sealing ring: After long-term use in sewage medium, the gap between the impeller and the sealing ring may increase, causing a decrease in the flow rate and efficiency of the self-priming sewage pump. The electric switch should be turned off, the water pump should be lifted, the bottom cover should be removed, the sealing ring should be removed, and the sealing ring should be matched according to the actual size of the impeller mouth ring. The gap is generally around 0.5mm.
2. When the self-priming sewage pump is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned and lifted in a ventilated and dry place, and attention should be paid to antifreeze. If placed in water, run for at least 30 minutes every 15 days (without dry grinding) to check its functionality and adaptability.
3Self suction sewage pumpThe cable should be inspected at least once a year, and if it is damaged, it should be replaced.
4. Check the motor insulation and fastening screws at least once a year. If the motor insulation decreases, please have a dedicated person repair it. If the fastening screws become loose, please tighten them again.
5. The self-priming sewage pump has been injected with an appropriate amount of engine oil before leaving the factory to lubricate the mechanical seal, and this engine oil should be checked once a year. If water is found in the engine oil, it should be drained, the engine oil should be replaced, the sealing gasket should be replaced, and the screw plug should be tightened. After three weeks, it is necessary to recheck. If the oil becomes emulsified again, the mechanical seal should be inspected and replaced if necessary.
6. After a malfunction occurs in the operation of the self-priming sewage pump, please follow the provided troubleshooting methods to eliminate it. If the problem still cannot be solved and the cause cannot be determined, do not dismantle or repair it without authorization, and immediately find a dedicated person to repair it.
Self suction sewage pumpSuitable for transporting industrial water and urban domestic sewage, its biggest advantage is the ability to transport sewage containing solid particles and fiber materials. Integrating self-priming and non clogging sewage discharge, it can be used without the need for a bottom valve or water injection like a typical water self-priming pump, and can also suck up pollutants, sediments, waste minerals, impurities, feces, and all engineering sewage containing large solid blocks and long fibers, reducing the labor intensity of workers. It is also easy to move, install, requires minimal maintenance, and has stable performance. Self suction sewage pumps are widely used in mining, oil fields, construction sites, municipal, sewage treatment and other occasions.
