The Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Shimadzu Cooperative Laboratory was grandly unveiled on August 24, 2018 at the Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center. Zhang Shengjun, Director of Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center, and Fu Jun, Chief Engineer; Mo Weimin, Chairman of Zhejiang Analysis and Testing Association; Zhu Shaodong, Director of Shaoxing Environmental Monitoring Station; Huang Taohong, Director of the Analysis Center of Shimadzu Corporation, Zhang Chun, Manager of the East China Region of Shimadzu Corporation's Analytical Testing Instrument Business Unit, Wu Guohua, Manager of the Analytical Testing Instrument Marketing Department, and Chen Zhiling, Manager of the Environmental Industry, participated in the unveiling ceremony. Director Liu Jinsong of the Analysis and Testing (Emergency) Research Institute of Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center presided over the meeting.

The Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center is a first level station in the national environmental monitoring network, with strong technical strength and environmental monitoring capabilities ranking among the top. It is a key ecological ground monitoring station of the China Environmental Monitoring Station, the East China Branch of the National Environmental Dioxin Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and the Machine Standard Material Calibration Laboratory of the National Environmental Standard Sample Research Institute. Director Zhang Shengjun of Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center delivered the opening speech at the unveiling ceremony.
