With the continuous tightening of air pollutant emission standards in China's environmental protection policies, ultra-low emissions have become a common requirement for industries such as thermal power and waste incineration. In this context, traditional CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring System) faces severe challenges in terms of measurement accuracy and reliability, especially for accurate monitoring of extremely low concentration pollutants after efficient desulfurization, denitrification, and dust removal treatment. Existing technologies are no longer able to meet the requirements of the most environmentally friendly standards.
In response to the above challenges, our company has closely focused on the monitoring needs of ultra-low emission processes and developed an innovative CEMS optimization solution, focusing on tackling the following key technical challenges:
Solving the problem of SO ₂ dissolution loss: By optimizing sampling and preprocessing techniques, the problem of low measurement values caused by SO ₂ dissolution in water during the condensation process is fundamentally avoided, ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of ultra-low emission data of sulfur dioxide.
Preventing ammonium salt crystallization blockage: In response to the problem of ammonium salt crystallization that is prone to occur in processes such as ammonia denitrification and desulfurization, a special anti blockage design and treatment process have been adopted, effectively ensuring the long-term stable operation of the sampling pipeline and analysis system, and reducing maintenance requirements.
Breaking through the bottleneck of ultra-low particulate matter monitoring: In order to meet the new monitoring standard of emission concentrations below 5mg/m ³, this plan has specially strengthened the ability to measure particulate matter in ultra-low concentration and high humidity flue gas. Through technological innovation, the interference of high humidity environment on measurement signals has been significantly reduced, solving the pain point of insufficient performance of conventional smoke detectors under J-end conditions.
This plan aims to provide accurate, reliable, and compliant monitoring guarantees for enterprises implementing ultra-low emission transformation, helping them achieve stable and compliant emissions and refined environmental management.
