New Ze VOC Monitoring SystemIt is the core equipment for monitoring the concentration of VOCs in industrial waste gas and ambient air, and accurate monitoring data relies on standardized daily maintenance. Maintaining the following key points can effectively extend equipment lifespan and reduce the risk of data drift:
1、 Maintenance of Sampling Pipeline and Preprocessing Unit
Pipeline cleaning and leak detection
Check the sampling pipeline weekly for any damage or blockage, promptly clean up impurities such as dust, condensate, and oil in the pipeline, and prevent the adsorption of VOCs components from causing low monitoring data.
Conduct a monthly pipeline airtightness test, close the sampling port and introduce standard gas to observe pressure changes. If the pressure drops too quickly, check the sealing condition of the pipeline joints to avoid external air infiltration affecting data accuracy.
For monitoring scenarios containing corrosive gases, it is necessary to regularly replace anti-corrosion material pipelines to prevent pipeline corrosion and leakage.
Maintenance of pre-processing components
Regularly replace the filter element (recommended 1-2 months/time, adjusted according to the dust concentration on site). Filter element blockage can lead to insufficient sampling flow and trigger equipment alarms.
Check if the temperature of the condenser is stable within the set range, clean the dust on the condenser fins in a timely manner, regularly drain the accumulated liquid in the condensate collection bottle, and prevent the accumulated liquid from flowing back into the analyzer.
2、 Core unit maintenance of analyzer
Sensor/detector calibration
According to the equipment manual requirements, regularly use standard VOC gas for single point or multi-point calibration (it is recommended to perform zero point calibration once a month and range calibration once a quarter), record the data after calibration, and save the calibration curve.
If using PID sensors, it is necessary to regularly check the energy of the sensor light and replace the sensor in a timely manner when the energy is insufficient; For FID detectors, it is necessary to regularly clean the nozzle carbon deposits to ensure flame stability.
Internal cleaning of equipment
After quarterly power outages, open the analyzer chassis and wipe the surface dust of the circuit board and detector with a dust-free cloth to avoid dust accumulation causing short circuits or signal interference.
Check if the internal fan is running normally. Fan failure can cause poor heat dissipation of the equipment and needs to be replaced in a timely manner.
3、 Data collection and auxiliary unit maintenance
Data transmission module inspection
Check the data upload status daily to confirm that the monitoring data can be transmitted to the monitoring platform in real time. If there is a data interruption, check the 4G/Ethernet module connection, restart the module or reconfigure the network parameters.
Regularly backup the historical data stored in the device to prevent data loss due to system failures.
Maintenance of auxiliary components
Check the stability of the power supply system, ensure that the equipment is well grounded, and avoid voltage fluctuations that can damage the circuit board; Systems equipped with UPS power supply require regular testing of UPS endurance.
Clean the dust on the equipment casing and display screen, keep the display screen clear, and facilitate the viewing of real-time data and alarm information.
4、 Maintenance records and fault warning
Establish a daily maintenance ledger to record in detail the maintenance time, content, calibration data, and replacement part information for each maintenance, facilitating the traceability of equipment operation status.
Pay attention to device alarm prompts. When alarms such as "abnormal flow", "sensor failure", or "temperature exceeding limit" occur, stop the machine in a timely manner for troubleshooting to avoid further damage during operation with faults.
