To ensure that the measurement of flue gas humidity meets the requirements of current environmental policies, the following aspects should be given special attention when conducting monitoring and issuing CMA certification reports:
qualification compliance
It is necessary to confirm that our unit has obtained the CMA qualification for the corresponding method of measuring smoke humidity. It is strictly prohibited to issue testing reports beyond the scope of qualification certification to ensure that monitoring activities are legal and compliant.
Instrument configuration and calibration
The method and principle of the selected instrument should be consistent with the standard measurement method. If multiple humidity detection probes are equipped, they should be checked on site and the probe that meets the method requirements should be selected.
The humidity parameters of the instrument must be calibrated regularly to ensure that they are used within their validity period and to guarantee the metrological traceability of monitoring data.
Preliminary data investigation
Before monitoring, the exhaust pipe parameters, process flow, historical monitoring data and other information should be systematically collected for preliminary analysis, providing a basis for the reasonable selection of measurement methods and improving the pertinence of the monitoring plan.
Personnel capability requirements
On site monitoring personnel should undergo professional training and pass the assessment, proficiently master instrument operation, method principles, and common fault handling. Be able to choose a reasonable humidity measurement method based on the on-site working conditions, and accurately read and record the data after it stabilizes.
Process recording and data quality
Multiple measurements should be conducted on site and the average value recorded to ensure that the original data accurately and completely reflects the actual humidity of the flue gas.
The original records must be accompanied by instrument data printing strips, which must be signed and confirmed by monitoring personnel to ensure data traceability. The accuracy of humidity measurement directly affects the subsequent emission calculation results, and the data quality must be strictly controlled.
All the above steps need to be included in the entire process quality management system, in line with the strict requirements of current environmental policies for the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of monitoring data.
