Under the conditions of ambient temperature of 10-35 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 85%, the insulation resistance between the power supply lead and the casing should be greater than 20M Ω, and equipped with leakage, electric shock, and short circuit protection devices.

2. Structure and heat dissipation design
   The system should have good ventilation and heat dissipation structure, and key components should be made of high-temperature resistant and fireproof materials. The surface of the cabinet should be coated with fireproof coating.

3. Lightning protection measures
   The system circuit design has the function of lightning protection against radio wave intrusion. Install lightning arresters inside the host cabinet to cut off the path of lightning intrusion; The on-site equipment casing is grounded, and the smoke and dust tester comes with lightning protection function; The signal and sample gas transmission pipelines are externally covered with grounded stainless steel pipes, forming multiple protections.

4. Electromagnetic radiation protection
   The on-site equipment is equipped with a fully enclosed grounded metal casing, which has both shielding and dustproof, rainproof, and corrosion-resistant functions. The signal transmission adopts shielded cables and is covered with grounded stainless steel pipes to achieve dual shielding. The grounding design of the system cabinet can effectively isolate electromagnetic radiation and protect internal analyzers, data acquisition and control equipment.
