  Explosion proof pulse valveIt is the core control component of industrial dust removal systems, with the main function of instantly releasing compressed air to pulse blow clean the filter bag. It also has explosion-proof performance and can operate safely in flammable and explosive hazardous environments, avoiding safety accidents caused by sparks or high temperatures generated by valve action. Its performance directly determines the dust cleaning efficiency, equipment lifespan, and production safety of the dust removal system. Widely used in places where combustible gases or dust exist, such as coal chemical industry, oil fields, refineries, chemical plants, etc.
Working Principle:
  Explosion proof pulse valveBased on the "pulse jet cleaning" technology, rapid opening and closing are achieved through electromagnetic control and gas drive. The specific process is as follows:
Standby state: Compressed air enters the chamber inside the valve body, and under the action of spring pressure and gas pressure, the valve disc (seal) tightly adheres to the valve seat, blocking the flow of compressed air to the spray pipe.
Trigger action: When the controller sends out a dust cleaning signal, the explosion-proof electromagnetic pilot valve is energized, opening the pilot hole, and the compressed air in the chamber is quickly discharged through the pilot hole.
Pulse blowing: The pressure inside the chamber drops sharply, and the valve disc quickly lifts under the pressure difference of the imported compressed air. The compressed air is sprayed into the filter bag through the blowing pipe in the form of high-speed pulses, shaking off the dust on the surface of the filter bag.
Reset standby: After the dust cleaning signal is completed, the electromagnetic pilot valve is powered off, the pilot hole is closed, the air chamber is refilled to the set pressure, the valve disc is reset, the sealing state is restored, and waiting for the next injection.
