Common faults and solutions:
1. The valve does not move or opens slowly
Possible reasons: burnt electromagnetic coil, insufficient air source pressure, blockage of impurities inside the valve, and aging of the spring.
Solution: Check the power supply of the coil (replace the burnt coil); Adjust the gas source pressure to the specified range; Disassemble the valve to clean impurities; Replace the aging spring.
2. Valve not tightly closed (leakage)
Possible reasons: worn or deformed sealing gasket, stuck valve stem, scratches on valve seat.
Solution: Replace the sealing gasket; Lubricate the valve stem or replace stuck components; Grind and repair scratches on the valve seat.
3. Poor dust cleaning effect (with more dust residue)
Possible reasons: Insufficient injection time, insufficient air source pressure, and valve blockage leading to insufficient flow.
Solution: Adjust the parameters of the pulse controller; Check if there is any leakage in the gas source pipeline; Clean the debris at the valve port to ensure unobstructed flow.
4. Frequent damage to valves
Possible reasons: The gas source contains oil/water (corrosive components), the working pressure is too high, and the valve and pipeline are not aligned during installation.
Solution: Install a filter (oil and water removal) in front of the gas source; Reduce the pressure to the rated range; Re calibrate the installation position to avoid pipeline stress.
