Oil immersed high-pressure metering box(also known as oil immersed high-voltage power metering box) is an outdoor equipment used for high-voltage energy metering, mainly composed of a combination transformer and an electric meter box, using transformer oil as the insulation medium.
(1) The combination transformer is assembled from dry-type unit components, and there is no oil leakage problem, thus achieving oil-free operation;
(2) Voltage and current are both poured with resin at the inlet, forming a modular structure that is easy to replace, maintain, and save costs;
(3) The product has high precision, and the current transformer can reach 0.2S level, achieving wide load measurement;
(4) The use of special materials gives the product high dynamic and thermal stability performance;
(5) The voltage section can be equipped with a 220V auxiliary winding to provide power for switches and other devices.
Maintenance points:
Daily inspection:
Oil temperature monitoring: If the upper oil temperature is ≤ 85 ℃ and there is an abnormal increase, it is necessary to investigate the load or heat dissipation issues.
Oil level inspection: If the oil level is lower than the lower limit, add the same type of transformer oil (25 # or 45 #). If there is leakage, the machine needs to be stopped for treatment.
Regular maintenance:
Insulation test: Measure the insulation resistance (10kV equipment ≥ 300M Ω) and winding DC resistance (three-phase unbalance rate ≤ 4%) once a year.
Cleaning and maintenance: Remove dust from the radiator, check the porcelain bushing for cracks, and replace the aging sealing ring.
(1) If the meter is found to be reversing or not rotating, please check if the secondary wiring is correct;
(2) Compare the insulation resistance and output value of the measured winding;
(3) Check whether the wiring of the secondary circuit is correct, and whether the screws and pressure plate positions of the junction box are normal;
(4) Check whether the grounding of the box shell is good and whether the lightning protection measures of the lightning arrester are appropriate;
(5) When connecting the primary line, it should be consistent with the phase sequence of the electrical system, and the incoming and outgoing wiring of P1 and P2 must be correct.
