Operation specifications and storage of gas sampling bags
Date: 2025-09-10Read: 1
Gas sampling bagIt is a flexible container used for collecting, storing, and transporting gas samples, widely used in environmental monitoring, industrial gas analysis, food packaging testing, medical gas sampling, and other fields. Its core advantages lie in easy operation, low cost, and the ability to maintain stable composition and concentration of gas samples under certain conditions, providing a reliable sample foundation for subsequent laboratory analysis.
Gas sampling bagOperating standards and precautions:
1. Preparation before use
Cleaning and pretreatment: Rinse the airbag with high-purity nitrogen or sample gas three times to replace the internal air and reduce background pollution.
Check sealing: Ensure that valves and interfaces have no leaks, and avoid gas mixing or concentration changes during the sampling process.
2. Sampling process control
Avoid over inflation: The inflation volume should not exceed 80% of the airbag capacity to prevent excessive pressure from causing rupture.
Temperature control: Sample at room temperature, avoid direct sunlight or high temperature environment, and prevent gas evaporation or reaction.
Prevent cross contamination: Use specialized soft rubber hoses to connect instruments, avoid direct contact with hard objects, and prevent puncturing of membrane materials.
3. Storage and transportation
Short term storage: The storage time should not exceed 48 hours (unless the stability of the sample is verified), and condensation should be avoided (the temperature should be kept above 0 ℃).
Long term storage: If long-term storage is required, the stability of the sample should be verified and refrigerated conditions should be used to reduce concentration changes.
Transportation protection: Transport in rigid opaque containers to prevent punctures or squeezes.
4. Safety Warning
Keep away from fire sources and high temperatures: The sampling bag is flammable and should be kept away from open flames and high temperature environments.
Personal protection: Wear protective equipment when handling corrosive gases to avoid direct contact.
