According to the requirements of the Interim Measures for the Management of Gradient Cultivation of High quality Small and Medium sized Enterprises issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Implementation Rules for Gradient Cultivation Management of High quality Small and Medium sized Enterprises in Qingdao, and the Notice on Organizing the Evaluation of Innovative Small and Medium sized Enterprises and the Recognition of Specialized, Refined, and New Small and Medium sized Enterprises in 2023, after the procedures of enterprise application, district and city recommendation, and third-party institution review, it is proposed to

503 enterprises, including Qingdao Hisense Mobile Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (see attachment for list), have been identified as specialized, refined, unique, and new small and medium-sized enterprises in 2023. Now it will be publicly announced for 5 working days.

The Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Private Economic Development has issued a public notice, stating that a total of 503 enterprises in the city are planned to be recognized as specialized, refined, unique, and new small and medium-sized enterprises in 2023.
