Microwave continuous flow reactorIt is a device that combines microwave heating with continuous flow chemistry, using coils/microchannels as reaction channels to rapidly heat and complete the reaction of continuously flowing materials in a single-mode/multi-mode resonant cavity. It has the advantages of fast heating, controllable residence time, good batch consistency, and easy amplification, and is widely used in organic synthesis, pharmaceutical intermediates, material preparation, and food/environmental treatment.
Microwave continuous flow reactorUsing microchannel technology as the core, the reactants are continuously transported to the microreactor through a micro pump. In the micro mixer, the reactants are rapidly mixed and dispersed, and then enter the microchannels for chemical reactions. The small size of microchannels (usually tens to hundreds of micrometers) gives the reactants a high specific surface area and surface activity, significantly increasing the reaction rate. At the same time, microwave energy can serve as a reaction force to achieve rapid heating through an electromagnetic field environment, promoting the synchronization of physical processes (such as heating) and chemical processes (such as synthesis and extraction). During the reaction process, micro heat exchangers and other equipment precisely control parameters such as temperature and pressure to ensure that the reaction is efficiently completed along the predetermined path, and the products flow out continuously for subsequent separation and purification.
