Test sample: 1 liquid photoresist sample

● Testing instrument: TGA8000 Frontier Clarius690/SQ8T, with a TL9000 module used in combination. All instruments and modules are sourced from PerkinElmer;

Test conditions:

Sample weighing method and dosage: Use a 10 μ L pipette to transfer the viscous liquid sample, and transfer it 3 times for each test. Place it in a ceramic crucible. Due to the high viscosity of the sample, the actual sampling amount is less than 30 μ L, and the actual mass of the sample is determined by thermogravimetric analysis.
