Introduction to the Composition and Application of Efficient Filter Scanning Leak Testing System
Date: 2025-12-10Read: 0
Efficient Filter Scanning Leak Testing SystemIt is a professional instrument system used to detect whether there are leaks after the installation of high-efficiency air filters (HEPA) and ultra high efficiency air filters (ULPA). It is not testing the filtering efficiency of the filter, but testing its installation integrity to ensure that the filter itself is undamaged and the seal between the filter and the installation frame is defect free.

Efficient Filter Scanning Leak Testing SystemMain components:

Aerosol generator: produces stable and uniform aerosols.

Laser photometer: a core analytical unit with high sensitivity and real-time detection of aerosol concentration.

Scanning sampling probe and handle: used for manual or automatic scanning.

Control and Data Processing Unit: Set parameters, record data, and generate reports.

Efficient Filter Scanning Leak Testing SystemMain purpose:

1. Ensuring clean environment level: It is a mandatory verification project for A-level/B-level clean areas (such as sterile pharmaceuticals, sterile medical device production, and sterile filling lines) in international and domestic standards such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), FDA, ISO 14644, etc. Ensure that the cleanroom can achieve the designed air cleanliness level.

2. Ensure product safety: In pharmaceutical, biotechnology, hospital operating rooms, ICUs, and other settings, prevent microorganisms and cross contamination from entering critical areas through filter leakage points, ensuring drug sterility, surgical patient safety, and reliability of experimental results.

3. Ensure process safety: In precision manufacturing industries such as microelectronics, semiconductors, aerospace, etc., prevent dust particles from contaminating precision components and reduce product defect rates.

4. Energy saving and cost control: Leakage can cause unfiltered air to enter the clean area, disrupt pressure balance, and increase energy consumption of the air conditioning system. Regular leak detection can detect and repair problems in a timely manner, reducing operating costs.

5. Verify installation quality: Check whether the filter is damaged during transportation and installation, and whether the installation personnel's construction is qualified.
