Reactor condenserIt is a key equipment that converts gas or vapor inside the reaction vessel into liquid, and achieves heat transfer and material recovery through condensation process. It is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food.
Reactor condenserStructure composition and type:
main components
Condenser: The core heat exchange component, usually made of copper pipes and heat sinks, accelerates heat transfer.
Compressor: Provides gas compression power to drive the refrigeration cycle.
Evaporator: Absorbs the heat inside the reaction vessel, causing the liquid to evaporate into gas.
Throttle valve: regulates refrigerant flow, controls pressure and temperature.
Auxiliary components: including fans, cooling water pumps, heat exchangers, pressure switches, etc., optimize system efficiency and safety.
Type classification
According to the condensation form:
Water cooled: It takes away heat through the circulation of cooling water and is suitable for large-scale industrial scenarios with high heat transfer efficiency.
Air cooling type: relying on fan forced air convection for heat dissipation, with a simple structure, suitable for water scarce areas.
Evaporative type: integrating condenser and cooling tower, with higher efficiency than water-cooled units when the cooling capacity is ≤ 528kW.
According to the purpose of use:
Single cooling: only has cooling function, suitable for single cooling needs.
Cooling and heating type: switchable cooling/heating mode, suitable for multi season process requirements.
