Two hole constant temperature oil bathIt is a precision equipment with dual independent constant temperature chambers, which achieves independent control and stable output of temperature in two areas through a dual channel temperature control system. It is suitable for scenarios that require simultaneous multi temperature point experiments or comparative testing.
Two hole constant temperature oil bathTechnical principles and structural composition:
Dual cavity design
The equipment body consists of two independent constant temperature tanks (holes), each equipped with an independent heating/cooling system, temperature sensors (such as PT100 platinum resistors), and circulation pumps. By using PID temperature control algorithm, the heating power or cooling capacity can be adjusted in real time to stabilize the temperature of the two tanks at the set values.
Collaboration of key components
Temperature control system: High precision intelligent controllers (such as ZT-A series) are used, supporting a temperature control accuracy of ± 0.01 ℃. The heater power is adjusted through bidirectional thyristors, or the compressor/semiconductor refrigeration chip is used to achieve cooling.
Circulating system: Each tank is equipped with a stirrer or circulating pump to ensure uniform flow of media (such as silicone oil and mineral oil) and eliminate local temperature differences. For example, after passing through the heater, the oil flows from top to bottom, and after being stirred by the blades, it is directed upwards, forming a closed-loop cycle.
Insulation structure: The tank body adopts a stainless steel inner liner and insulation layer design to reduce heat loss and improve temperature stability.
