Soil sample grinderIt is a device for mixing, fine grinding, sample preparation, dispersion of nanomaterials, development of new products, and small-scale production of high-tech materials. This product has a small volume, comprehensive functions, high efficiency, and low noise. It is mainly used for soil analysis pre-treatment and grinding in geological, soil, environmental protection, third-party testing and other departments.
The soil sample grinder is equipped with four grinding tanks on the same turntable. When the turntable rotates, the grinding tanks revolve around the turntable axis while also rotating around their own axis. The grinding balls in the tank collide with each other in high-speed motion, grinding and mixing samples. This product can be ground and mixed with different particle sizes and materials using both dry and wet methods. The minimum particle size of the ground product can reach 0.1 microns (i.e. 1.0 × 10mm-4).

Rotational speed and grinding efficiency:
The higher the rotation speed, the higher the collision frequency and energy between the grinding medium (such as steel balls, agate beads) and the soil sample, and the crushing efficiency is significantly improved.
Control of discharge particle size:
Low speed (50-400r/min) is suitable for rough grinding, while high speed can achieve nanometer level (0.001mm) fine grinding.
Energy consumption and equipment stability:
Although high speed improves efficiency, it increases power demand and requires a balance between energy consumption and effectiveness.
Both dry and wet grinding are acceptable. Two or four samples can be ground at once, with a sample capacity of two-thirds of the grinding tank capacity.
The materials of grinding tanks include hard steel, stainless steel, tungsten carbide, agate, sintered corundum, zirconia, hard porcelain, nylon, polyurethane, polytetrafluoroethylene, boron carbide grinding tanks, etc. The materials in contact with the medium must not cause pollution to the medium.
The grinding room is designed to be sealed and dust-proof, with an observation window.
Provide grinding kits (grinding cans and grinding balls) with more than 10 different materials.
