Specially designed for drug dissolution testing, laboratory equipment for automated preparation of degassing solvents (such as buffer solutions, hydrochloric acid solutions).Solvent Preparation InstrumentThe core functions include:
Solvent degassing: Eliminating dissolved oxygen interference to ensure the accuracy of drug dissolution detection.
Quantitative allocation: Precisely control the volume and temperature of the dissolution medium to meet the specifications of the Pharmacopoeia (USP/ChP).
Multi cup continuous processing: A single process can complete 14 cups (1000ml/cup) of solvent degassing and distribution, suitable for the high-throughput requirements of dissolution instruments.
Temperature accuracy of liquid supply: ± 0.5 ℃ (each time ≥ 500ml), ± 1.0 ℃ (each time<500ml)
Liquid feeding rate: 6s/150ml; 12s/300ml; 20s/500ml; 40s/1000ml
Usage environment: 15 ℃~30 ℃, humidity below 85% RH, air pressure above 800hPa
Liquid supply: adjustable from 150ml to 2000ml
Liquid supply temperature: adjustable from 33 ℃ to 40 ℃
Operation process:
Solvent pretreatment:
Automatic liquid inhalation → 25 μ m filter element filtration → online heating (1500W power) → vacuum degassing.
Parameter settings:
Touch screen selection for volume allocation (250/500/750/900/1000ml), target temperature (room temperature -45 ℃), and cup count.
Allocation and Cleaning:
Directly inject the handle into the dissolution cup, with a single cup preparation time of ≤ 5 minutes; After completion, the pipeline will be automatically flushed to prevent crystallization and blockage.
Maintenance processing:
Filter element: Replace the 25 μ m filter membrane every 3 months to avoid impurities blocking the pipeline and affecting the flow rate.
Vacuum pump: Check the aging of the sealing ring every quarter and replenish high-temperature lubricating grease; Accumulate 500 hours to replace pump oil.
Power contact: Wipe the interface with anhydrous ethanol every month to prevent oxidation from causing control failure.
