Usage:

Power on preparation:

Before use, it is necessary to ensure that the soil drying box is placed in a stable and well ventilated location, with a certain amount of space around it to avoid affecting heat dissipation. Check if the power supply meets the equipment requirements and if the grounding is good. At the same time, clean the interior of the drying oven, remove debris and dust, and ensure that the interior is clean and tidy.

Power on operation:

After connecting the power, turn on the power switch, and the display screen will light up, showing the current set temperature and other information. According to the drying requirements of soil samples, set the appropriate drying temperature and time through the control panel. Generally speaking, the temperature for soil drying can be set at around 105 ℃, and the time depends on the moisture content of the sample. After setting up, press the start button to start the drying oven and the heating indicator light will turn on.

Sample placement and drying:

Evenly place the prepared soil samples into the sample tray in the drying oven, taking care not to stack too many to avoid affecting the circulation of hot air. After placing the sample, close the drying oven door to ensure good sealing. During the drying process, the drying condition of the sample can be observed through the observation window, but do not open the box door casually to avoid affecting the drying effect and temperature stability.

Shutdown operation:

When the set drying time is reached or the sample is fully dried, press the stop button, the heating indicator light will turn off, and the drying oven will stop working. Wait for the temperature inside the drying oven to naturally cool to room temperature, then open the oven door and take out the sample. After removing the sample, turn off the power switch and unplug the power plug.
