1. Add liquid medium into the low-temperature constant temperature bath before use. The liquid level of the medium should be about 30mm lower than the worktable, otherwise the heater will be damaged when powered on;

2. The selection of liquid medium in the low-temperature constant temperature bath should comply with the following principles:

When the working temperature is between 5-85 ℃, water is generally used as the liquid medium;

When the working temperature is between 85-95 ℃, a 15% glycerol aqueous solution can be used as the liquid medium;

When the working temperature is above 95 ℃, oil is generally used as the liquid medium, and the open cup flash point value of the selected oil should be above 50 ℃ above the working temperature;

3. Power supply: 220V 50Hz, the power supply should be greater than the total power of the instrument, and the power supply must have a good "grounding" device;

4. The instrument should be placed in a dry and ventilated area, with no obstacles within 300mm around the instrument;

5. When the working temperature of the constant temperature bath is high, be careful not to open the cover and do not enter the bath with your hands to prevent burns;

6. After use, place all switches in the off state and cut off the power supply;

The instrument should be regularly cleaned to maintain the cleanliness of the workbench and operating panel;

Regularly observe the liquid level in the tank. When the liquid level is too low, liquid medium should be added in a timely manner; For safety reasons, we have stipulated that the constant temperature bath above 100 ℃ should be made into an internal circulation system. If the external circulation is changed according to the customer's requirements, the customer should pay special attention to the firmness of the connection of the outlet pipe, strictly prevent it from falling off, and avoid burns.
