Low temperature light incubatorSuitable for plant growth and tissue culture, seed germination, seedling cultivation, and microbial cultivation experiments; Breeding of insects and small animals; BOD determination for water quality monitoring; Aging and service life testing of medicinal herbs, wood, building materials, as well as testing equipment for light exposure and constant temperature for other purposes. The instrument is suitable for research in life sciences, cellular microbiology, molecular genetics, and other fields; It is an ideal auxiliary equipment commonly used in scientific research and production in many fields such as biotechnology, medicine, agriculture, aquaculture, and animal husbandry, providing precise experimental conditions of constant temperature, humidity, and simulated light.
Operation steps:
Preparation before use:
Equipment inspection: Confirm that the incubator is intact, the power cord is not damaged, and the ventilation holes are not blocked.
Environmental placement: Choose a stable, ventilated, and away from heat sources, avoiding direct sunlight and vibration.
Cleaning and disinfection: Use a soft cloth to wipe the inner container, and if necessary, disinfect it with 75% alcohol to prevent contamination.
Moisturizing with water: If necessary for the experiment, add distilled or deionized water to the water tank to maintain humidity.
Sample placement:
Reasonable placement: Place the culture (such as culture dishes, conical flasks) evenly on the rack, leaving gaps to ensure airflow circulation.
Maintain balance: Avoid placing too many or too heavy items and ensure that the tray is balanced in terms of force.
Parameter settings:
Temperature setting: Set the desired temperature through the control panel.
Lighting setting.
Humidity setting (if supported): Set the humidity range according to the experimental requirements.
Operation and monitoring:
Start the device: After confirming that the parameters are correct, close the box door and start the device.
Daily monitoring: Regularly check whether the temperature and humidity inside the box are stable, and observe the growth of the culture.
Cleaning after use:
Turn off power: After the experiment is completed, turn off the lighting, cooling/heating in sequence, and finally turn off the main power.
Take out the sample: promptly remove the culture.
Cleaning the box: Clean the debris in the inner container, drain the accumulated water in the water tank, open the box door for ventilation and drying.
