The Diosna wet granulator adds the main and auxiliary materials that need to be pelletized in appropriate proportions and formulas to the mixer. The powder material and binder are thoroughly mixed at high speed by the bottom mixing paddle in a cylindrical container to form a wet soft material, which is then cut into uniform wet particles by the side high-speed crushing paddle, thus achieving the purpose of granulation.
Pilot wet granulation machine: with good functionality, suitable for formula and process research and development, capable of using a 10 liter pot body. This device is particularly suitable for users who use organic solvents or highly active ingredient materials, and can integrate vacuum/heating/cooling systems to provide explosion-proof and integrated industrial PCs.
Mixing, mixing, granulation, and vacuum drying integrated machine: suitable for use in combination with matched fluidized bed processors, and also suitable for enclosed environments. Adopting a quick replacement design, the process unit can be quickly replaced, and the concept of through wall design and installation saves GMP space. The equipment consists of a fixed foundation and a mobile mixing and stirring unit, a 10-80 liter mixing and granulation process device, and 20 and 50 liter vacuum drying process devices.

The Diosna wet granulator adopts high shear mixing technology to ensure uniform mixing of materials in a short period of time. Through the linkage of the bottom stirring blade and the side wall cutting blade, rapid granulation is achieved with high particle density and good flowability.

The equipment pot body can be replaced and is suitable for pots of different sizes, meeting the needs of small-scale, pilot scale, and large-scale production. The variable speed drive system can adjust the mixing and cutting speed according to the size of the pot, adapting to the characteristics of different materials.

Equipped with programmable logic controller (PLC) and touch screen operation interface to achieve automated operation and accurate control of process parameters. Optional granulation endpoint current and power measurement functions are available to help users analyze machine operation and optimize process parameters.
