1、 Preparation before startup

Confirm that the pressure and temperature range of the gas to be tested meet the rated parameters of the instrument to avoid exceeding the range detection.

Connect the probe to the host correctly, turn on the power, and ensure stable power supply voltage.

2、 Startup and preheating

Press the power button on the host, wait for the instrument to start, and the screen will enter the main interface.

According to the instrument manual, preheat for 10-30 minutes (preheating time may vary for different models), and wait for the instrument temperature to stabilize before proceeding to the next step.

3、 Sample gas access and parameter setting

Insert the probe into the gas pipeline or enclosed space to be tested, ensuring that the probe is in full contact with the gas and there is no leakage.

Select the detection mode on the main interface and set parameters such as detection duration and data recording interval according to requirements.

Start the detection program, and the instrument will automatically start the cooling, condensation, and measurement cycle.

4、 Testing process and readings

When the instrument is running, observe the dew point temperature, ambient temperature and other data displayed on the screen, and record the results after the values stabilize.

If continuous monitoring is required, the data storage function can be enabled, and the instrument will automatically save the detection data.

5、 Shutdown and Closing

After the detection is completed, close the detection program first, and then disconnect the gas to be tested from the probe.

After the probe temperature returns to room temperature, press the power button to turn off the host and disconnect the power cord.

Wipe the surface of the probe, clean the instrument casing, and store the instrument in a dry and dust-proof environment.

Operation precautions

The probe needs to be kept clean. If there is oil or dust attached, it should be wiped with anhydrous ethanol in a timely manner to avoid affecting the detection accuracy.
