In conventional scenarios, the cumulative operating time of 1000-3000 hours needs to be replaced, while high-frequency use (daily ≥ 4 hours) can be shortened to 800-1500 hours.

1. Core judgment criteria: frequency of use and cumulative running time
Low frequency use (daily ≤ 1 hour, such as occasional filtration in the laboratory): Replace after running for 2000-3000 hours, or check and replace every 1-2 years.
Medium frequency use (1-4 hours per day, such as intermittent operation on small production lines): Replace after accumulated 1500-2000 hours of operation, or check and replace every 6-12 months.
High frequency use (daily ≥ 4 hours, such as continuous production and 24-hour intermittent operation): Replace after 800-1500 hours of cumulative operation, or forcibly replace every 3-6 months.

Working condition impact: pumping media containing corrosive gases and water vapor, or long-term use in high temperature (≥ 40 ℃) environments, the replacement cycle is shortened by 30% -50%; Pump clean and dry gas, which can be extended by 20% -30% according to the basic cycle.
3. Practical suggestion: Regular inspection+recording
Record the running time after each use, and start focusing on observing performance when the accumulated lower limit of the corresponding interval is reached.
Regularly (such as monthly) check the vacuum degree and pumping efficiency. If two consecutive tests fail to meet the standards, there is no need to wait for the accumulated time to be reached, and the diaphragm can be replaced directly.
