Detu infrared thermal imagerIt has storage function, and its storage design takes into account capacity, format compatibility, and data management efficiency. The specific characteristics are as follows:
1、 Storage capacity and device support
High-capacity storage
Detu infrared thermal imager(such as the testo 875 series, testo 890, etc.) are usually equipped with 2GB to 2.8GB of built-in storage space, which can store more than 1500 infrared images (taking testo 875-1i as an example), meeting the needs of long-term continuous detection. Some models, such as the testo 875-2i Pro, also support SD card expansion, further breaking through storage limitations.
Multi format compatibility
Storing images supports multiple formats, including:
Standard formats:. bmp,. jpg,. png (for easy viewing and sharing)
Professional format:. bmt (Detu specific format, retaining complete temperature measurement data and metadata)
Data format:. csv,. xls (supports exporting temperature data for easy analysis by software such as Excel)
2、 Storage Function Features
Synchronous storage technology
When taking infrared images, the Detu thermal imager can automatically synchronize and store visible light images (assisted by built-in digital cameras or LED lighting), achieving dual recording of "thermal image+visible light image" for later comparative analysis (such as building leakage location and electrical fault point annotation).
Intelligent archiving and management
QR code address recognition: Through the testo SiteRecognition function, QR code identifiers are assigned to measurement targets. The thermal imager can automatically recognize and archive images to designated folders, improving data retrieval efficiency.
Panoramic stitching storage: Supports stitching ≤ 9 images into a panoramic heatmap (such as testo 890), and retains the original temperature measurement details after storage. It is suitable for large-scale detection of building exterior walls, pipelines, etc.
Sequence shooting storage: SQA intelligent sequence shooting module can be optionally equipped to automatically record temperature changes along the timeline (such as device overheating trend analysis) and store them as video or continuous image files.
Surface humidity imaging storage
For building inspection scenarios, Detu thermal imagers (such as testo 883) can store surface humidity imaging data and visually display mold risk areas in the color of "traffic lights" (red/yellow/green). The data is synchronized and saved to the image metadata.
3、 Data transmission and post-processing
Multi interface transmission
Wired transmission: Connect the computer via USB-C or USB cable to quickly export stored images.
Wireless transmission: Supports WLAN or Bluetooth (some models), enabling real-time image sharing to smartphones/tablets (such as testo Thermography App).
Streaming media output: Optional video streaming module can be used to transmit real-time thermal images to a computer for remote monitoring and analysis.
Professional software support
Detu provides free testo IRSoft infrared analysis software (fully Chinese interface), supporting:
Temperature analysis of image points, lines, and surfaces
Report generation (built-in standard template, supports custom design)
Twinpix Thermal Overlay Analysis (Fusion of Infrared and Visible Light Images)
PTA process trend analysis (for sequence shooting data)
