Automatic micro moisture analyzer for electrolytic cell cleaning and drying

1. Disassemble all components of the electrolytic cell, empty the desiccant and waste liquid in the drying tube.

2. Clean all components of the electrolytic cell. When cleaning the electrolytic cell, it is best to use a solvent compatible with the analyzed sample, such as anhydrous ethanol, acetone, methanol, etc. (pure water or solvents with high water content are strictly prohibited). Pour the solvent into the electrolytic cell, seal the cell, and shake thoroughly to remove any sediment inside (this can be repeated). Then take out the electrolytic electrode and pour the solvent into the inside of the electrode to rinse (be careful not to rinse the electrode leads).

3.Automatic micro moisture analyzerAfter cleaning, place the electrolytic cell, electrodes, and other accessories in a 65 ℃ oven and dry for at least 2 hours.
