Better temperature measurement
Temperature measurement plays an important role in various aspects of the industrial field. For example, in the field of industrial control, accurate temperature measurement is a key parameter for process control. Deviation from temperature measurement may cause defects in product quality and reduce production efficiency. Temperature measurement is also closely related to our lives, such as how to accurately adjust the air conditioning output to achieve a comfortable environment, which cannot be separated from temperature measurement. To simplify temperature testing, we have introduced the Granite Temp 120 module - an enhanced thermocouple measurement module designed to meet the diverse and demanding application requirements of our customers.
Highly adaptable to the environment. Temp 120 can operate in an ambient temperature range of -40 ℃~70 ℃ and ensure accuracy within the operating temperature range. For engineers and technicians who require temperature measurement tools in extreme environments, the Temp 120-XD version provides more possibilities, and the module can operate in ambient temperatures ranging from -55 ℃ to 85 ℃.
MiniTC connector can shorten the preparation time for testing.
Onboard 24 bit ADC, each channel has a separate cold end reference temperature measurement, which helps reduce thermal gradient errors and avoid the influence of environmental temperature changes on measurement results.
Multiple working modes. You can choose to use Surveyor for quick testing and save the test results to your computer. It can also be connected to Campbell's data loggers such as CR6, CR1000X, and Granite series Data Loggers through the CPI port of Temp 120. With the help of the CPI port, you can place the testing module closer to where precise measurements are needed, which can reduce errors that may be caused by long testing cables or complex settings.

Multiple data transmission methods. You can set the module to CAN output mode, and the Temp 120 module will send data packets through the CAN bus. Enable you to integrate the Temp 120 module into more complex and diverse data acquisition systems.

Application cases in the automotive industry
Used for automotive road testing and environmental cabin testing: Test sample vehicle road testing and environmental cabin testing, used for automotive air conditioning performance testing (vehicle comfort). Arrange thermocouples at the air conditioning vents and sensitive areas perceived by drivers and passengers, and collect temperature data through the acquisition module. The Temp 120 module has been validated by users and outperforms temperature measurement modules from other manufacturers in high temperature and cold road tests. Temp 120 is portable, compact and easy to install, with high temperature adaptability, meeting the testing needs during extreme cold and high temperature road tests. Modules can work independently or form a system. Equipped with CAN communication interface, it can be used for ECU calibration and has received (extremely) high praise from users.


Electric vehicle drive motor bench testing: In order to simulate the working characteristics of the drive motor in different environments, a large number of temperature measurement points need to be arranged inside and outside the motor to observe the temperature field during the motor's working process, and the measurement module is required to withstand the high temperature and strong magnetic field generated during the motor's working process.
