C330H Water Vapor Transmittance Testing SystemBased on the testing principle of the electrolytic moisture analysis sensor, designed and manufactured according to ISO 15106-3 standard, it provides a wide range and high efficiency water vapor transmission rate detection test for medium and high water vapor barrier materials. Suitable for testing the water vapor transmission performance of films, sheets, paper, packaging and related materials in the fields of food, medicine, medical devices, daily chemical, photovoltaic electronics, etc.

The new sensor technology - Labthink's independently developed electrolytic moisture analysis sensor has excellent accuracy, repeatability, and lifespan. As a Coulomb electric quantity sensor, the sensor signal follows Faraday's principle and has very high sensitivity.

The new generation of excellent testing integrated block - a three chamber integrated testing integrated block structure designed for excellent thermodynamic and fluid dynamics analysis. Support synchronous testing of three identical or different samples.

C330H Water Vapor Transmittance Testing SystemTesting principle:

Clamp the pre processed sample between the testing chambers, and flow nitrogen gas with stable relative humidity on one side of the film, while dry nitrogen gas flows on the other side of the film; Due to the difference in humidity, water vapor will diffuse through the film from the high humidity side to the low humidity side; On the low humidity side, the transmitted water vapor is carried by the flowing dry nitrogen gas to the electrolytic moisture sensor. Different concentrations of water vapor generate different amounts of electricity. By analyzing and calculating the concentration values, the water vapor transmission rate of the sample can be calculated. For packaging, dry nitrogen gas flows inside the packaging, while the outside of the packaging is in a high humidity state.

Basic application:

Thin film - testing the water vapor transmission rate of various plastic films, plastic composite films, paper plastic composite films, co extruded films, aluminum plated films, aluminum foil composite films, glass fiber aluminum foil paper composite films and other film like materials.

Test the water vapor transmission rate of sheet materials such as PP sheet, PVC sheet, PVDC sheet, metal foil, rubber sheet, silicon wafer, etc.

Test of water vapor transmission rate of paper, cardboard and their composite materials - cigarette pack aluminum coated paper, paper aluminum-plastic composite sheet and other paper and cardboard.
