C306H Plastic Film Moisture Permeability Tester - Infrared Water Vapor Transmittance TesterTesting principle:
Clamp the pre processed sample between the testing chambers, and flow nitrogen gas with stable relative humidity on one side of the film, while dry nitrogen gas flows on the other side of the film; Due to the difference in humidity, water vapor will diffuse through the film from the high humidity side to the low humidity side; On the low humidity side, the transmitted water vapor is carried by the flowing dry nitrogen gas to the infrared moisture sensor. Different concentrations of water vapor produce different light signals, and the concentration values are analyzed and calculated to calculate the water vapor transmission rate of the sample.
