The plastic bottle permeability tester (isobaric method) is a professional instrument used to test the oxygen permeability of packaging containers such as plastic bottles. The testing principle of the plastic bottle permeability tester (isobaric method):
The instrument adopts the principle of isobaric testing, also known as Coulomb gauge detection method, which refers to maintaining consistent pressure on both sides of the sample during the testing process, and testing the amount of oxygen permeating through the sample through a Coulomb sensor. The specific process is as follows: Seal the plastic bottle or other packaging container sample on the sample rack and seal it in a closed space. Oxygen flows on the outside of the sample, while high-purity nitrogen flows inside. Under the effect of concentration difference, oxygen permeates through the container and is carried by nitrogen to the sensor. The sensor accurately measures the amount of oxygen carried in the nitrogen flow, thereby calculating the oxygen permeability of the packaging container.
