ICP emission spectrometerAs an analytical instrument, it has a wide range of applications. Its characteristics are detection capability at ppb level, detection concentration range of 5-6 orders of magnitude, and the ability to batch process multiple elements. With the widespread use of ICP, there is an increasing demand for shortening analysis time and improving the detection capability of complex matrix samples.
The stability of a spectrophotometer is extremely important for long-term stable detection. The temperature of the spectrophotometer can be controlled within a high-precision range of ± 0.1. Since there is no gas that can affect the thermal control, this component can demonstrate stable performance in long-term analysis. In addition, due to the fact that vacuum spectrophotometers can usually maintain a vacuum state, contamination will not occur. Even with long-term use, there will be no decrease in sensitivity due to pollution.
The stability of the spectrometer is crucial for long-term stability measurement. The temperature of the light chamber is precisely controlled with a deviation of ± 0.1 degrees, and due to the absence of external gas, the instrument also exhibits excellent stability in long-term measurements. In addition, the vacuum chamber maintains a constant vacuum state and does not produce contamination. If used for a long time, there will be no decrease in sensitivity due to contamination.
Maintenance and upkeep:
Injection system: After each use, rinse the injection tube with a 5% nitric acid solution and blow dry with nitrogen for 5 minutes; Check the aging condition of the peristaltic pump tube every week and replace it in a timely manner.
Optical system: Calibrate monthly with standard samples and maintain a stable ambient temperature of 20-25 ℃.
Data management: Timely backup data to the computer after analysis to avoid loss caused by instrument failure.
Core component maintenance:
Nebulizer: After measuring high salt samples, acid washing, water washing, and rinsing with anhydrous ethanol are required.
Torch tube: Dust or carbon buildup can affect plasma stability and requires regular cleaning.
Gas system: Check the pressure of argon gas to avoid unstable gas flow caused by water droplets or impurities.
Long term disuse treatment:
Before starting up, check the argon pressure, exhaust system, and cooling water circulation.
If there is an error message of "plasma extinguishing", it is necessary to investigate the contamination of the power control board or the front optical path system.
