The automatic air generator converts ambient air into high-purity, stable pressure clean gas through a three in one process of compression purification stabilization. Its core conversion mechanism can be divided into the following three stages:
1、 Air compression and preliminary filtration
The automatic air generator is powered by an oil-free air compressor, which sucks in ambient air and compresses it to a pressure range of 0.4~1.0MPa. The compression process provides sufficient air source for subsequent purification by increasing the density of air per unit volume. The compressed air first enters the pre filtration system, where a coarse filter (such as a metal mesh) is used to intercept large particles of dust, fibers, and other impurities. At the same time, a gas-liquid separator is used to remove some liquid water, reducing the load on subsequent purification modules. At this stage, over 90% of particles with a diameter ≥ 5 μ m can be removed.
2、 Multi level deep purification
The air that has been preliminarily filtered enters the core purification module and achieves deep purification through the synergistic effect of physical adsorption and chemical filtration
Drying treatment: Adopting a series design of freeze dryer and adsorption dryer. Freeze drying machines use refrigeration technology to lower the air temperature to 2-5 ℃, causing water vapor to condense into liquid water and be discharged; The adsorption dryer is filled with molecular sieves or silica gel, and further reduces the dew point to below -40 ℃ through physical adsorption, ensuring that the moisture content of the output gas is ≤ 0.003mg/m ³.
Precision filtration: Set up a three-level filtration system, which is as follows:
Primary filtration: removes particles with a diameter ≥ 1 μ m;
Activated carbon filtration: adsorbs gaseous pollutants (such as hydrocarbons and sulfides);
High efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filtration: intercepts particles larger than 0.01 μ m to ensure the cleanliness of the output gas meets Class 0 of the ISO8573-1:2010 standard.
3、 Stable output and intelligent control
The purified gas enters the stainless steel storage tank for pressure stabilization, and the output pressure is stabilized at the set value (with an error of ≤± 0.01MPa) through a pressure regulating valve. The modern automatic air generator integrates a PLC control system, which can monitor the output pressure, flow rate, and gas purity in real time, and has the following intelligent functions:
Automatic drainage: Regularly discharge condensed water through an electronic drainage valve;
Fault warning: Monitor parameters such as compressor temperature and filter pressure difference, and trigger an alarm if exceeded;
Remote monitoring: Supports IoT connection to achieve real-time transmission of operating status and remote adjustment of parameters.
Technical advantages and application scenarios
This technology achieves flexible configuration through modular design, and the integrated compression and purification unit is suitable for supplying gas to small laboratory equipment; The modular system can be expanded to industrial scale to meet the clean gas requirements in fields such as semiconductor manufacturing and pharmaceutical production. Compared to traditional high-pressure gas cylinders, automatic air generators have the advantages of reducing costs by 30% and improving gas supply continuity by 95%, making them the core gas supply solution for modern precision industry.
