Guidelines for Daily Maintenance, Fault Diagnosis, and Extended Life of Temperature Pressure Flow Integrated Machine
Date: 2025-10-13Read: 1
1、 Key points of daily maintenance
Sensor and pipeline inspection
Clean the pitot tube monthly with a high-pressure blowback air source (pressure ≥ 0.35MPa) to prevent particle blockage; If there is partial blockage, it can be blown multiple times.
Check the connecting hose quarterly for looseness, dust accumulation, or solenoid valve leakage to ensure the sealing of the pipeline.
Regularly clean the condenser to avoid overheating caused by poor heat dissipation.
Electrical system maintenance
Perform manual or automatic zero calibration every 3-6 months to eliminate zero drift.
Check whether the 220V power supply line is open, short circuited or has poor contact, and confirm that the power switch and fuse are normal.
Use a multimeter to test the 24V switch power output inside the device. If there is no output, the power supply needs to be replaced.
Environmental and Media Management
Ensure that the installation environment temperature of the equipment is between -25 ℃ and 65 ℃ to avoid high temperature or corrosive gas damage to the sensor.
Check the water storage of the humidifier, replace and clean the humidifier water tray every month to prevent water pollution.
2、 Fault diagnosis and handling
Temperature anomaly
Display 0 ℃ or 274 ℃: Check if the connection between the PT100 temperature sensor and the circuit board is loose, virtual, or wired incorrectly; Measure the resistance value of PT100 with a multimeter and determine if it is damaged using the formula "actual temperature=(measured resistance -100)/0.385". If the deviation is too large, replace the sensor.
Display does not match reality: Confirm that the device temperature input mode (PT100 or thermocouple TC) is consistent with the on-site configuration, and perform temperature calibration if necessary.
Abnormal flow rate or pressure
Display as 0, full range or large data fluctuation: Check if the pitot tube is blocked, and after unblocking, confirm if the differential pressure transmitter and pressure transmitter values are normal; Check for loose pipelines or leakage of solenoid valves.
Backblowing failure: Check if the pressure of the blowback air source is ≥ 0.35MPa. If the pressure is normal but the blowback fails, it may be due to a damaged blowback pressure sensor and needs to be replaced.
Equipment unresponsive
If both the power supply and the switch power supply are normal but the device does not respond, it may be a damaged circuit board and the manufacturer needs to be contacted for replacement.
3、 Life extension techniques
Standard operation
Avoid frequent power on and off to reduce equipment load fluctuations; Slowly adjust the temperature parameters to prevent sudden temperature changes from affecting the lifespan of the sensor.
Regularly check whether the communication cables are damaged, loose, or interfered with to ensure that the communication parameters between the equipment and the upper computer are consistent.
Deep maintenance
Conduct a comprehensive inspection of equipment every six months, including refrigeration system pressure, electrical system circuit connections, etc.
Every year, professional technicians are invited to calibrate and maintain key components such as compressors and temperature sensors to ensure temperature control accuracy.
Environmental optimization
Choose equipment with wide temperature operating characteristics (-20 ℃ to 70 ℃) and IP65 protection level to prevent dust and moisture from entering.
Avoid prolonged exposure of equipment to vibration or temperature disturbances, ensuring a stable installation location and good ventilation.
