hardening furnaceThis product is widely used for quenching, annealing, tempering, and heat treatment of hardware molds, as well as in metallurgy, glass, chemical machinery, special materials, gemstones, magnetic materials, building materials, plastics, coal, food, feed, tea, rubber ash testing, and other fields. Adopting a 30 segment PID intelligent digital temperature controller for temperature control and adjustment, with dual row digital display, new digital display, and intelligent control technology, it can reduce visual reading and human operation errors, greatly improve work efficiency, key setting, over temperature alarm, PID self-tuning function, adjustable power consumption, and over temperature power-off to stop heating. The program can be set to heat up and cool down, and the control box is equipped with a work indicator light that can display the working condition and faults of the electric furnace. (You can also choose remote APP operation, which can be directly operated and viewed on your phone)
Notes:
After the workpiece is filled with oil, it needs to be fully cooled (the oil cooling time should be determined through testing). After the oil is discharged, it should be left in the air cooling chamber to drain the oil carried out by the workpiece (especially for workpieces with holes), and the oil cooling chamber should be evacuated to remove the oil mist in the air cooling chamber space. Then, the vacuum valve should be closed and the cold chamber vent valve should be opened. After the pressure is evenly distributed, the furnace door should be opened to discharge the material.
2. Add sufficient amount of oil to the quenching oil tank (usually the weight of vacuum quenching oil should reach 10-15 times the maximum furnace load). The volatilization loss of quenching oil is large (some of which are carried away by the workpiece), so the oil level height should be checked regularly. If it does not reach the specified position, it should be added in a timely manner to ensure that the quenching workpiece is submerged to a sufficient depth below the oil surface.
3. The workpieces loaded into the furnace should not be overloaded, and the weight of the material basket should be included in the loading weight; The workpieces should be evenly placed in the material basket to prevent local dense loading, control the loading height, and prevent quenched workpieces from being too close to the oil surface.
