Application background knowledge

Hitachi'sTMAUsed to evaluate the expansion or contraction of samples over a wide temperature range. Hitachi's multifunctional TMA can also perform other analytical tasks in one instrument, such ascreepMeasurement, stress relaxation measurement, thermal shrinkage stress measurement, stress-strain curve, andDynamic Thermomechanical AnalyzerMeasurement.

On site service plan

After Hitachi engineers arrived at the site, they found thatThermomechanical analyzerThe heating furnace cannot be turned on. Observing the usage environment of the instrument, it can be seen that there is a lot of dust in the environment. After opening the sheet metal of the instrument and checking the status of the heating furnace lifting sensor, it was found that it was covered with dust. The cause of this malfunction is that the heating furnace lifting sensor had dust on the surface, and the sensor recognition was incorrect, resulting in the heating furnace not being turned on.engineerAfter cleaning the dust on the heating furnace lifting sensor, the instrument returned to normal.
