Hardness Scale: Supports C、D、A、G、GW、B、BW、F、FW、K、KW、E、EW、H、HW、P、PW、M、MW、L、LW、V、VW、S、SW、R、RW Fifteen conventional rulers, as well as surface Rockwell scales such as 15N, 30N, 45N, 15T, 15TW, 30T, 30TW, 45T, and 45TW, are available to meet the hardness testing requirements of metals, alloys, and surface treatment materials.

2、 Operation Guide
Equipment inspection and preparation
Environmental requirements: Laboratory temperature of 20 ℃± 10 ℃, relative humidity<65%, away from the seismic source, to ensure testing stability.
Equipment inspection: Confirm stable power connection and good instrument grounding; Clean the workbench, screw and sample support surface to avoid interference from impurities.
Sample preparation: Wipe the supporting surface of the sample clean to ensure it is flat, free of scratches and oil stains; Complex shaped specimens require the use of spacer blocks for fixation.
Installation and adjustment
Pressure head installation: Install the pressure head and gently fix it. Apply initial test force by rotating the handwheel, pull the handle to apply the main test force to the pressure head, and tighten the screw to eliminate the gap.
Test force selection: Select the appropriate test force according to the testing requirements, rotate the handle to align the test force with the red dot (the handle must be in the unloaded state when changing the test force).
Test steps
Place the sample: Place the sample on the workbench, rotate the handwheel to raise the workbench and lift the pressure head, adjust it until the small pointer points to the red dot and the large pointer rotates 3 times vertically upward (with a tolerance of ± 5 scale deviation).
Apply test force: Rotate the indicator housing to align the C and B long lines with the large pointer, slowly apply the main test force by pulling the loading handle, and observe the rotation of the large pointer.
Reading result: After the pointer stops, push back the unloading handle to remove the main test force, and read the hardness value from the indicator scale (the diamond indenter reads the black number on the outer ring, and the steel ball indenter reads the red number on the inner ring).
Repeat testing: Rotate the handwheel to lower and move the sample, repeat the above steps multiple times for testing, and take the average to improve accuracy.
Precautions
Safe operation: Maintain concentration during testing and avoid hand contact with moving parts; Load and unload the test force gently and steadily to prevent instrument damage or specimen deformation.
Maintenance: Regularly clean all components and sample support surfaces, check the wear of the contact surface of the pressure head, and replace or clean them in a timely manner; Lubricate the sample table lifting screw to ensure smooth operation.
Data recording: Accurately record the hardness value and testing conditions of each test, retain the test data and samples for future review.
Special function operation
OK/NG judgment: Set upper and lower limits, and display test results as OK/NG.
Hardness Conversion: Supports the conversion between Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers and other hardness values, and the screen display conversion table complies with SEA (J-417b), ASTM (E-140) and JIS standards.
