Tubular electric heating furnaceIt is an industrial heating equipment that uses electric heating elements (such as resistance wires, silicon carbon rods, or silicon molybdenum rods) to transfer heat to the medium inside the furnace tube. It is widely used in fields such as ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemical engineering, machinery, refractory materials, and new material development.
Tubular electric heating furnaceThe heating principle is mainly based on three basic ways of heat transfer: radiation, convection, and conduction.
Radiant heat transfer: After the electric heating element is powered on, it generates heat and becomes a high-temperature heat source, which is transferred to the furnace tube through radiation. Radiation heat transfer has high efficiency in high-temperature environments and is one of the main heat transfer methods for tubular electric heating furnaces.
Convection heat transfer: Although electric heating elements mainly transfer heat through radiation, convection of air inside the furnace also assists in heat transfer. High temperature air flows inside the furnace, transferring heat to the furnace tubes.
Conductive heat transfer: After the furnace tube absorbs the heat from radiation and convection, the heat is transferred from the outer wall to the inner wall of the furnace tube through conduction, and then transferred to the medium inside the furnace tube. The efficiency of conduction heat transfer depends on the material and thickness of the furnace tube, and high-quality conductive materials such as copper and aluminum can improve conduction efficiency.
Structural characteristics:
Furnace tube material: Furnace tubes are usually made of quartz glass tubes or corundum ceramic tubes, which have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and good thermal stability.
Heating element: The heating element includes two types: resistance wire and silicon carbide rod, distributed on both sides or around the furnace to provide uniform heat distribution.
Furnace design: The furnace is made of high-quality refractory materials such as imported Morgan fiber, with high operating temperature, low heat storage capacity, and good insulation performance.
Cooling structure: Adopting a double-layer furnace shell design and air-cooled heat dissipation, it can greatly shorten the test cycle while maintaining the furnace temperature close to room temperature, improving the comfort of the working environment.
Sealing design: The furnace body adopts stainless steel metal flange sealing (double rubber ring) to ensure the stability and sealing of the atmosphere inside the furnace.
