1、 Key points of daily maintenance
Cleaning and Inspection
After each use, immediately turn off the power and unplug the plug, clean the instrument surface and keyboard dirt. Check vulnerable parts such as filter screens and ball plugs, and clean or replace them promptly if dirt or damage is found. Regularly replace the filters and adsorbents in the air system to prevent particulate matter from clogging the sensor.
Environmental adaptability management
Avoid using in environments with high temperature, humidity, or strong electromagnetic interference. When stored for a long time, cover with dust-proof cloth to prevent dust from entering the interior. Non professionals are not allowed to disassemble the body without authorization. Maintenance requires contacting professionals and recording the repair process.
Operating Specifications
Before use, check if the cable and air pipe connections are secure, preheat and observe the smoothness of the air path after starting up. Before the measurement is completed, rinse the instrument with clean air to prevent residual gas from corroding the sensor.
2、 Calibration method
Zero point and range calibration
Zero point calibration: Introduce high-purity nitrogen gas and save the background spectral coefficient after the displayed value stabilizes.
Range calibration: Use a standard gas with a concentration of 80% of the full range, input the concentration value of the standard gas, and save the calibration coefficient after the displayed value stabilizes.
Air tightness inspection
Block the air inlet and observe if the sampled flow rate reading drops to zero within 2 minutes. If the standard is not met, check the sealing of the sampling pipeline and probe, tighten the connection or replace the aging parts.
3、 Common troubleshooting
Unable to turn on or display abnormally
Power issue: Check if the plug is securely plugged in, replace the battery or connect a power adapter.
Display screen malfunction: Reconnect the display screen signal line and replace the display screen if necessary.
Large measurement data deviation
Sensor contamination: Use degreased cotton and anhydrous ethanol to wipe the sensor chamber and lens.
Sampling pipeline blockage: Clean the sampling pipeline, check whether the peristaltic pump tube is aging, and replace it in a timely manner.
Data transmission interruption
Communication line failure: Check if the line connection is intact and confirm that the communication protocol and port settings are correct.
The instrument is greatly affected by the environment
Temperature and humidity interference: Ensure a stable working environment and avoid temperature and humidity. When used in harsh environments for a long time, choose instruments with protective functions.
