Box-type atmosphere furnaceAttention should be paid when using:

1. Do not use in corrosive or volatile atmospheres such as acid, alkali, salt, etc.

2. Electric furnaces and controllers must be used in conditions free from conductive dust and explosive gases.

3. The working environment temperature of the controller is limited to 0-50 ℃.

4. When in use, the rated power shall not be exceeded, and the furnace temperature shall not exceed the maximum operating temperature.

5. If corrosion is found on the resistance wire during use, it needs to be replaced.

6. Keep the furnace clean and promptly remove metal oxides, slag, and impurities from the furnace. Caution should be exercised when loading and unloading the crucible to prevent damaging the resistance wire.
