The installation environment should be kept clean and avoid operating in areas with high dust or humidity to prevent impurities from entering the system and blocking the chromatography column or detector. After installation, it is necessary to use a low-pressure solvent pre flushing system to check for any leakage at the connection points - observe for any liquid leakage or abnormal pressure fluctuations around the joint. If any problems are found, they should be immediately investigated and reinstalled.
In addition, it is necessary to avoid frequent disassembly and assembly of the same joint during daily maintenance to reduce the wear of the sealing surface; When not in use for a long time, a small amount of inert lubricant can be applied to the surface of the joint to prevent rust or adhesion.
