The fully automatic thermal analyzer is mainly used for analyzing volatile organic compounds in samples through thermal desorption technology, and is widely used in fields such as environmental protection, environmental monitoring, material research and development, and food safety testing.
By using electronic cold trap and electric valve technology, combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry system, automated sample processing and analysis can be achieved. Capture volatile organic compounds in the sample through an adsorption tube, followed by heating desorption and introduction into a gas chromatograph for separation and detection. ‌
By adsorbing volatile and semi volatile components in the sample to be tested into a sampling tube containing adsorbent material for enrichment, then heating the sampling tube to decompose and absorb the components adsorbed on the material, and carrying the analyzed components into a gas chromatograph or other analytical instrument for analysis and detection using an inert carrier gas (such as helium or nitrogen).

Highly automated: Using an automatic control system, the entire process of sample adsorption, desorption, injection, and analysis can be automatically completed without the need for personnel on duty, improving analysis efficiency and reducing human operational errors.
High precision: Equipped with a high-precision temperature control system, the temperature can be set arbitrarily within the range of room temperature to 400 ℃, with high temperature control accuracy, ensuring the stability and repeatability of the desorption process.
Multifunctionality: With multiple analytical functions, it can be applied to analyze samples of different types and concentrations, and can be used in conjunction with various brands of gas chromatographs or gas chromatographs.
Safety: Automatically detect the tightness of the pipeline before analysis, and do not inject samples from leaking sample tubes. At the same time, strictly follow relevant safety regulations and operating procedures to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.
Daily maintenance:
Regularly clean the adsorption tube and injection valve to avoid cross contamination.
Check the cooling effect of the cold trap to ensure that the temperature remains stable within the set range.
Troubleshooting:
If the analysis efficiency decreases, check whether the adsorbent has failed or whether the carrier gas purity meets the standard.
When the temperature is abnormal, calibrate the temperature control system and check the connection of the heating element.
