Leather fabric tear testing machineWidely used, different fixtures can be used to test the tensile strength, elongation, tear, adhesive force, tensile stress, peeling, shear force, and adhesion between rubber and metal of various textile materials, shoe soles, tires, rubber tubes, triangular tapes, plastic fabrics, plastic sheets, packaging films, FRP, ABS, EVA, PV and other finished, semi-finished or dumbbell shaped test pieces. This machine is an electronic display tensile testing machine, which uses a motor to drive a screw to move the lower fixture downwards, thus stretching the sample; The result shows that the LOAD CELL force sensor is connected to a digital display to display the force value.
Machine features:
1. The appearance adopts a surface cold plate electrostatic spray pattern, which is simple and elegant, and the internal tension and compression are multifunctional and economical;
2. The force value is displayed in real-time on the digital touch screen, with a clear and easy to read interface;
3. Multiple measurement units: N, Kgf, Lbf, g are optional and can be automatically interchanged;
4. Equipped with travel limit and overload shutdown function;
5. Beautiful and exquisite structure, economical and practical;
6. The machine itself is equipped with printing function;
7. It can store multiple test reference point results, automatically calculate their average value, automatically capture the maximum value, and determine the force value at the time of fracture;
8. Throughout the entire testing process, real-time dynamic display of load values, displacement values, deformation values, testing speed, and testing curves.
Operation steps:
Sample preparation: 50mm x 25mm, with a middle hole.
Thickness measurement: Take the average of points A and B.
Install the sample: Align and fix the sample hole with the tearing device hook.
Start test: Record the highest load during the tearing process.
Calculate tear force: T1=F × 10 (F is the maximum load, in kgf).
Notes:
The long side of the sample should be parallel to the ridge line, with the grain surface facing upwards.
The hooks of the tearing device should be in contact with each other to avoid collision.
The tensile machine pointer should be reset to zero before starting the test.
