Daily cleaning and moisture prevention:
Surface cleaning:
Wipe the equipment casing and fixtures with a dry soft cloth daily to avoid dust accumulation that may affect sensor accuracy.
In high humidity environments, it is necessary to focus on cleaning electrical interfaces to prevent short circuits caused by water vapor (compressed air can be used to blow gaps).
Anti static treatment:
In low humidity environments, regularly clean the surface of equipment with anti-static cloth, and operators need to wear anti-static wristbands.
Electrical system maintenance:
Interface and Circuit:
Regularly check whether the connection wires of the controller are loose, and the power must be turned off when plugging or unplugging the interface.
Turn off the power when it is not in use for a long time to prevent the solenoid valve from aging due to continuous electrification.
Moisture prevention measures:
It is recommended to place desiccants inside the equipment and install humidity sensors for real-time monitoring in humid environments.
Long term disuse maintenance:
After cleaning, apply anti rust oil to protect the fixture and store it in a dry environment (relative humidity<60%).
Before reactivation, it is necessary to run without load for 10 minutes and check the status of each component.
